After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email for you to confirm the order details. After your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

          Undeliverable Packages

          If you miss your delivery, the following will happen:

          1. You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.
          2. Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.
          3. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact Wireless-tag’s sales at wirelesstag2024@gmail.comto make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.
          4. If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note larger items will require a signature. If a signature can not be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.

              Damaged Packaging Due To Shipping

              Please remember to fully inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged in any way, please reject the delivery and notify the inside sales team at wirelesstag2024@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
